We are very UNHAPPY with the service we received at Wilkins Saw and Power Equipment repair. We took our lawn mower in for a simple service and tune up and ended up towing our mower for 90 miles round trip 3 different times. First, they did not replace the drive belt that should have been replaced during the tune up. (My husband had not even made one trip around the yard when the belt quit moving). On this second trip in they replaced the belt. My husband went to use it again and had not driven 10 yards when a blade came off. Upon the third trip we find out they didn't have the correct nut to put on the blade.....pretty sure they put on the wrong size before which is why the blade fell off in the first place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or money.
