My family and I have received excellent care on our many visits to this clinic. I highly recommend this clinic.

Main Street Medical helped our family survive Winter. We have visted too many times over the past months. Each time we have received very good care, with a short wait time. They have even kept us out of the ER on a few occasions. On most visits we have seen Candice Craven, NP and would certainly recommend her to others.

On my first visit I checked with a seemingly nice lady up front to make sure my insurance was taken at the newly opened clinic. She checked the list and said it was, the visit went well because I already new the reoccurring problem and was there to refill a prescription, they accepted my co-pay. I attended three times (each visit under 5 minutes) before I received my first bill stating they didn't accept my insurance. The bills are totaled at over three hundred but it's okay because they offered a thirty dollar discount?!? I was told that she had done all she could and was there to run a business along with a few other snide comments. Don't trust them if the say they take your insurance! Check your network, they will mistakingly screw or scam you!
