I've used this clinic for years with all my pets and I'm very impressed with the caring service I get there. Dr. O'Neal is able to get to the root of the problem quickly without expensive and unnecessary testing. The staff is also obviously animal lovers. I can't imagine anyone giving them a poor rating.

Went to this Clinic twice and neither time was I impressed. The desk help was not very friendly. The doctor from the first visit didn't really seem to care about the animals. The second time in, with two cats howling at the top of their voice in the lobby, the assistant sent me into the examination room. There I stood, hunched over with one cat tunneled in under my shirt on my back and the other huddled as close to me as possible. I stood like this for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor to arrive. After waiting another five minutes, I put the cats in their carriers and walked out and left. I've never heard back from them and will never again return.
