The associates are not friendly. I only go because it Is close to my job. One even told me since I didn't have receipt I had to go back to Walmart I bought it from. Copied my receipt from online. He said he couldn't use it. Asked him to call as manager. Manager handled it. But it takes forever to get them to come. They just want go stand around.

Shop frequently at this store; always neat and clean. However, customer service for various departments is poor. They recently opened a fabric department, yet despite alerting an employee from another department I (as well as two others) needed assistance, and after 20-30 minutes of paging someone to assist, not one person showed up. We just dumped our would-be purchases on the table and left.

drove 20 minutes to the only place that was currently open with my wife to purchase some alcohol for my off day and I was told I could not purchase alcohol because my wife did not have her ID as well because she touched the box, they said also even if she left or I got something else I could still purchase no alcohol. I buy alcohol frequently and both of us do not have to show our IDs at any other place and she always picks it up instead of me while I am getting my ID. I asked to see a manager and not only does the woman imply that she didn't believe that my ID was real but the manager was rude and unhelpful. If this is such a big deal they need signs posted saying not to touch the box period without id. I had my ID and I was paying. I will never return to this store. Wasted an hour and I still have no drinks and I'll have to wait till next week. Horrible customer service.

I love this Wal-Mart if I call and need to know something they go and check unlike the Cleveland Tn Wal-mart's they acting like it's going to kill them go look.! I drive 30 mins to come to this Wal-Mart if that tells you anything.! Thy are very nice people there.! I enjoy this walmart until check out time xD haha

Never go here for any type of service for your car. We went and were there for an hour and a half to get 2 tires put on with no one ahead of us. There was no customer service and the car sat there for 45 mins before anyone even put it on the rack! When I asked about how long it would be all I was told was that we won't know til its done. Far be it for anyone to actually walk to the back and see how much time. And no we were the only ones in the back so they were not busy. We were the only car anywhere. They do not care about doing it timely or want to give any sort of customer service.

This is the most unfriendly Walmart that I have ever been to,most of the cashiers are not friendly and as big as the store is you can"t find anyone to help you. And when you do finally find someone to help they direct you to the wrong isle, However the store is always neat and clean but the service there is just awful.

I like going into Wal-marts that are clean and not totally packed out. This one, on most days is a pleasure to shop in. That is, until the weekends when everyone comes in to do their shopping. But despite the crowd, it is still clean, light, bright and airy. Not too tight that you feel like you are in an area where they decided to cram as much in as possible.
