Very disappointed in this service. As part of our cruise, we paid for a transfer from the ship to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. We sat on the bus for 45 minutes waiting for all of the seats to be filled. It was only a ten minute ride to the airport. We paid $14 per passenger and a tax would have been less expensive and much more timely.
