Muy lindos muebles, muy buen trato, pero la garantía que les compré no es buena me tocó llamarles y no me repararon el mueble, desmintiendo lo que tiene mi mueble(una mancha de acetona)alegan que no es eso, sino líquidos corporales.A nadie recomiendo la garantía MGF así se nombra la compañía de garantías que vende El Dorado.

I'm writing today to acknowledge two Elite associate working for El Dorado Furniture. The company should be grateful to have two Elite associates (Navi Cashier at the palmetto branch and Blanca Molina Sales person) working for them. The ladies are classy, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took great care of me during my visits to El dorado, I will definitively recommend Eldorado Furniture to friends and families because of those two ladies. They have giving me world class service and because of that I end-up spending over $6000.00, Kudos to the two of them.

Originally went to City Furniture of Palmetto Location and had such a bad experience with a rep at the front as she treated me very poorly, her name started with a Y i believe with a heavy english accent, blonde, late 40's early 50's, just in case you go there watch out, very rude. Anyway the point is that left that store and after calling for a complaint I decided to go to El Dorado at this location. As soon as I arrived, this rep Fabio Neal received me with a smile. He was very respectful of my space as you know you go to places and they try to sale you the all store, well he was great, knowledgable and patient as he explained to me every detail I needed. He was so good that he didnt pushed for the high priced items as commonly a rep does, he was excellent, i ended up purchasing more than $3k as the experience was delightful with this guy. Ask for him on ur next visit!!!

FABIO NEAL is the best salesman I have ever met. When you think about salesman you are always doubtful about his intentions and motivations, but this guy was just outstanding, he showed us patiently everything we asked for, he even took one piece of a dresser apart to see if it matches other piece of furniture we saw on a different room... I don't know how are other salesman in El Dorado, but if you go there ask for Fabio at the front door- you won't regret it!

Fue una muy buena experiencia encontre todo lo que andaba buscando. El vendedor que me atendio se llama Ivan Rosado y me trato muy bien.

I came for a bar counter and left with a five pc formal dining. The service at el dorado is excellent and Ivan rosado who was the seller who gave me the service made my experience to be worderfull with all the exellent choices that he gave me.

I had a wonderful experience at El Dorado Furniture. The sales person who helped me was Ivan Rosado and he ended up selling me a daybed. I'm very happy with my purchase and he made my shopping experience a pleasant one
