Service was horrible. I made my appointment online for 5:10 being that I am in college and taking 17 hours I can't go through the day. I got there at 5:00 and was turned around saying they would have to reschedule due to the optometrist would be leaving at 6:00 and it's already two people in front of me. I stated "why allow to me to make an appointment and drive all the way out here if you were just going to have me rescheduled" The receptionist name was Javaris and he was very rude. Never will I go here again!

DONT COME HERE..!!! was treated very unfair... just because i had my children with me...they told me i would be kicked out and denied and eye exam and services... i told them there are no signs stating you cannot recieve services because you are accompanied by children... if you are a single mother and have no choice but to bring you children with you to get and eye exam and glasses THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU... you will be told you are not allowed...there was only one nice girl names jennifer who allowed me to get my pre eye exam while my children sat quietly in the corner and watched netflix on my phone...I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY DENY MOTHERS SERVICES WHEN WE ALL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT AS EVERYONE ELSE.. ALL I WANTED WAS AND EYE EXAM AND GLASSES..!!

instead they wanted me to call someone to come out of their way and take care of my kids unannounced for a 5 min eye exam ...very inconsiderate...they requested that i leave my kids unwatched outside by themselves while i get an eye exam.. i told them no my son is epileptic and on top of that no child should be left alone.. without their parents so that they can be possibly kidnapped..!!!
