New Patient, First Visit. Staff was very friendly and professional. The office was conveniently located with ample parking. Easy check-in and a clean environment.
Dr. Callen was very nice and professional, and sat down and listened to my medical issue. She took her time and explained everything. Once the procedure was over, I was given a hearing test and discussed my results with her the same day. I was very pleased with my experience and already set up my 6 month follow-up. I would definitely recommend.
