Avoid These Clowns!

Recommended shop to friend based on others experience - which was a really stupid mistake... Simple AC replacement and refrigerant charge, but $800 latter she's still having to drive her kid around in a very hot car!

Update: Returned next day with car and its owner. Asked about rental car or reimbursement due to their botched job as she was without a vehicle and was told to leave by "Todd" (who I've seen buying drug paraphernalia at a friend's convenience store).

I don't know if they rip off just women (or everyone) but $500 labor to install A/C compressor is excessive. I just called two reputable shops and was told $200 to $250 labor. Even dealer in Columbus quoted less labor.

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would!!! This is not a professional or shop with any type of Integrity!! Really!! They have botched my daughters car 2 times in the past 2 years. Each time it was almost $500 to repair the same thing. It broke down again on 8/9/16, for the same issue again. This time we found out they are using old parts and broken bolts or cut off bolts to secure the supposedly new part . My husband attempted to handle it in a calm manner but they are just interested in in taking peoples hard earned money. Now she is without a car . Don't give them your money!!!
