Major General Perry G. Smith, the company's founder, is both a Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® as well as a full-time Alabama National Guard member. In January 2011, Governor Bentley appointed Perry to his Cabinet to serve as the head of the Alabama National Guard. When not in the office meeting with clients, he's commanding over 13,000 troops and billions of dollars in State military assets.
Nathan Kastner, CFP® has been with the firm since graduating from Auburn University in 2004. Nathan holds degrees in both Economics and Business Administration. He also holds the Certified Financial Planning® designation, an honor held by few in the Auburn/Opelika area. Nathan, along with his wife, Brooke, and son, John David, live in Auburn.
Perry and Nathan are both long-time residents of Lee County, each having lived in the area for over 30 years.
