They don't deserve a star. If it wasn't mandatory to mark in that block i would've..I bought 6 items and went home. I had plans to wear that one of the items that night at family event...I pulled tags off and put clothes on..I got opinion from my daughter that one of shirts didn't look good on me I then took off and put back in bag..two weeks later I went in store for refund and I am told because tags aren't on items it can't be refunded or return. I went in store with tags, unworn outfit and original receipt. I understand people wear things and return but those that do that probably don't keep tags nor receipt. If this is policy then why wasn't that said at time of purchase and not stated on receipt. This is a low budget and I have shopped at more expensive and I was able to either return or exchange if tags won't on clothes with receipt. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND WILL PUT WORD OUT...
