I got my dropped off there by a tow truck. I had a busted heater cole. They told me on the phone that they would fix it right up. My insurance was paying for the 2 fog lamps. They said that it would be no problem to fix. My car ended up staying there for a whole month. I called every 3 to 4 days to find out the progress on the car. The guy kept saying that they had the dash tore out and they was about to put it back together. They never called with a price. I called and asked how much it would run me and they kept saying they would call me back. The 3rd week I called upset because no one was returning my calls. The guy said that they haven't even touched it. He asked if we wanted him to fix the heater cole or just bypass it. He said if he fixed it that it would have taking him a lot of time. (I'm confused at this point what was they doing the whole time?) he ended up bypassing it. When we went to pick it up, we paid him and left in the car. I got down the road and I had no brakes. I pulled in the closet store to get brake fluid when I realized there was bolts missing on the motor, my motor cover was missing and the battery cover was missing. I went straight back to the shop. The dude was confused on where the bolts went on the motor. My husband had to show him. He put the motor cover back on but could not find the battery cover. He said he would call when found it. A few days later he called and we went and picked it up. It was just a bad experience all together.
