I called to rent a large snake. They said they had one but would be closing soon. Since I'm right around the corner I jumped in my van & went right over. Their (large) snake was the average hand crank that most homeowners have for small jobs. Theie records showed that their related facility in Garden Grove did indeed have a large snake, but they were also closing soon. They finally agreed to call the other facility to confirm the large snake's existence. Confirmed & off I went as they agreed to stay open until I got there. I got there at 5 minutes after closing and they were gone. I don't know about anyone else but usually when you need a snake you're already in quite a fix. Well needless to say we couldn't flush for the night. Early the next morning I tried to find what I needed somewhere else without luck, so off to GG I went. I got what I needed and they said I could return it to the facility near me. I should have asked if that would create a surcharge. When I returned it late that afternoon they charged a cleaning fee AND they wanted to charge a full day's rent convenience fee in addition to the rent.
