I can't warn you enough about this place. I have had more jewelry ruined by Randy's plating than you can imagine. I've given them a million chances to fix their processes but they simply don't care. Randy is a really nice guy, but there is ZERO quality control process. Nobody inspects the pieces before they are released. I just received another batch of jewelry that was 14k gold plated and the plating is literally wearing off while I polish it. He has NEVER offered a refund for all of the pieces he has ruined and all of the time I have spent driving to OC from LA to pick up pieces in person because he screwed up the job the first time.

At this point I'm pretty irate. I've been waiting on these pieces to fill orders and now I have no product to send. Please save your money and find another company that cares about their customers and the quality that they are putting out there.
