Beware of this company! Rebates are being used to reduce the price and when you check on the status they always have an excuse why rebates have not been received. Numerous calls and emails have not resulted to any rebates. Gordon yells and make idle threats when you call to resolve the issue. The HVAC was installed 0n 10-09-15 and It has been more than a year and a half and I still have not received any rebates which were part of the proposal we signed. Payment in full was paid long ago and no rebates have been received. The company is an AC Quality Installer which means that all rebates have to be submitted by the installer to get the rebate. Something fishy about this company not getting the rebates. What did they do wrong and did they install a non-qualified unit? When I suggested that I was going to leave negative reviews, Gordon responded "we still have services on your unit and it is possible that if you called and need emergency services, there could be a delay". A poor experience with a company that advertises quality service. I would never deal with them again and believe this deal was on the shady side. It appears that legal action will be required.
