After having some one come out this morning from a competitor and quoting me more than double the "coupon" price, (because of a few dog urine stains, which I told them about over the phone, and my wife knew from the start that this guy wasn't gonna work out when I told him that 6 months ago I had someone come out and do it for $X, he said "well then call him out here". Unfortunately I don't have his contact info), I called Diamond Carpet Care and knowing we were in a pinch as we are moving soon, they were more than happy to come out same day. I asked them how much it would be and they gave me a price comparable to the first price and comfirmed that the price will not exceed "X + $10". I anticipate another favorable review coming after 4pm when the work is done. Thanks guys.

Diamond Carpet Care was recommended highly by my realtor. They cleaned the carpets at a property we are selling and at my own home. They more than met my expectations and I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends.

We called Bill Masters, the owner of Diamond Carpet Care to examine some serious stains in our home carpeting that seemed to return after cleaning. The carpet was only 2 1/2 years old but had been difficult to clean from the beginning. He suggested that we send a sample of the carpet to Stainmaster to have it tested, which we did. They agreed that it was a defective batch and are replacing it at no charge to us. We didn't realize this was an option so we feel blessed that Bill acted like a true, caring professional and gave us this valuable advice.

Bill Masters, the owner of Diamond Carpet Care handled our company's emergency personally. One of our customers experienced a water leak in a bathroom cabinet which created quite a lot of wet carpet and pad, besides a fair amount of upset mixed into the soup. Bill responded with just the right amount of professionalism and concern to handle the emergency and saved our business relationship with our customer.

Your carpet cleaners Chris and Rick are awesome. They are very polite and friendly. They walked through my home with me so they would know exactly what I wanted them to clean. The carpets turned out beautiful and everything smelled so nice and fresh. Bill said they would be there between 12 and 1 and they were. Bill asked me alot of questions on the phone as to what I wanted cleaned and the price he gave me was what he promised. He took alot of time to be sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. The guys did a little bit extra in one of the rooms and didn't charge me for it. Thank you so much. I will see you in 6 months.

ALWAYS LATE... HAD MY 2ND SERVICE... WHICH WILL BE MY LAST. OWNER BILL IS A RUDE GUY. DON'T BELIEVE THE PHONE ESTIMATE...... BE AWARE.... GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO REGRET.

We called up Diamond Carpet Care and they were informative, and friendly. They called the day before to verify the appointment, came out and were right on time, actually 5 minutes early :) The work was fantastic, the technician was great and I have never been happier. My Carpet are looking better than new!

I CALLED THEM LAST MONTH TO CLEAN MY CARPET.WHEN I CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME ONE PRICE AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY APARTMENT THEY GAVE A PRICE THAT WAS ALMOST TWICE OF WHAT THEY SAID IN THE PHONE. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THEY WERE AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE. STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.
