FitFix Wellness strives to educate the client in all aspects of training for enhanced performance and overall wellness.

It is critical for anyone who lives an active lifestyle (or beginning one) to implement a wellness program. For anyone who has dealt with sports or training related injuries you know how frustrating it can be to be sidelined for weeks if not months. The physical demands placed on the body by being active require maintenance activity to keep you moving and to stay injury free. Our approach to wellness and maintenance of the body is very unique.

The staff at FitFix Wellness works with our clients individually in a one on one setting. We strive to understand our clients goals, lifestyle, and level of performance. FitFix Wellness works with clients by appointment only. We do this to ensure each client gets the one on one attention they need to rebuild, maintain, and push forward. Whether you are a seasoned athlete training for an event, someone who lives an active lifestyle or a beginner starting off in your journey towards wellness, our staff will work within your fitness levels.
