Provided by YP.comI must give credit when credit is due. I took my child to Fountain O&P for her braces. We were seen by Tom Dolan. Tom is professional and very nice. Tom informed me that the braces would be done 2-3 wks after approval frm ins. The following day I received a call frm Leslie. She went over my ins coverage and help me understand things in detail. A wk later, I rec'd a call from Leslie informing me that both my insurance's had approved my daughter braces. She went above n beyond to get the approval's necessary(as we were previously denied n told we had NO coverage @ another Orthotic fac) I was losing hope w/our ins co covering my daughters braces. It's good to know there is knowledgable ppl working in the medical industry willing to go that extra mile for their patients. N regards to the office staff, all of the ladies are great, but Leslie is exceptionally awesome. She's helped me 90% of the time. She is sincere, patient with all my questions, very understanding n smart. Thank u Fountain O&P

Provided by YPmobileThe office manager denied me an appointment based on what happened last fall. She lied to me about not following up on my appointments, when in fact I did. When the CroWalker boot was not going to work for me, I left in tears, because I really wanted it to work.
I suffer throughout my entire life with neurological disorders both physical and emotional, as well as balance problems. Also over the years, I have been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease (since 1986), living with fibromyalgia (since 1993, diagnosed in 2008), suffer with degenerative and osteoarthritis, sciatica and scoliosis. Not only do I live with emotion and stress of all of this, but I also live with stress of a permanent ileostomy. I am in constant physical and emotional pain, because I am not able to take the medications that are currently available, because I am allergic, react to the side affects to strongly, they do not work in me or unable to take due to Crohn's Disease.
I also am unable to drive due to my disabilities, so I have to totally rely on walking and public transportation, even though my body is always in pain.
So I am frustrated, because of the way my body is.
However, the office manager was not interested in accommodating me with an appointment, because of the way she twisted the events of last fall and that was what she based her decision on. She did not have the facts right about what happened last fall.

Provided by YP.comI am a prosthetic patient of this office and am grateful for the care I have received from the staff here. My clinician took his time to ensure my leg fit comfortably and that I knew how to use it effectively in my day to day life. They have helped me make the best of a difficult and life-changing situation.

Provided by YP.comI have been taking my child here since she was a toddler for leg bracing. The staff is really great and I feel they go out of their way to help my child. Loren is great and so friendly to my daughter, she normally is very shy but he makes her feel just at home. The practitioners will re-cast her if needed, they stay late hours until the job gets done, and show that they truly care about her well being.

Provided by YPmobileThis facility is run by a practitioner who asks of his patients to provide him with mushrooms. He neglects his patients and rips them off by charging your insurance for unfinished product. Even the manager who ran all clerical in his orange office resigned. He will get whats coming to him. Don't take your children there fountain valley orthotics is a sham.

Provided by YPmobileI was greeted by a lady who looked upset because I enterrupted her personal conversation. While there with my kids, I heard more profanities than a sailor!!!
The technician was great BUT then I had to wait nearly 3 months for an authorization. I spoke with Leslie who was rude!
I will never go back!!!
