If I could give a lower score I world. I called asking if they fixed Macs, they said they did. They came out and misdiagnosed the problem. They then said they could not repair this hard drive since it was a Mac. I took it to the Mac store and it was not the hard drive at all! It was the video card. Hard drive was just fine! They replaced it. Works fine now. If you have a Mac, do not use these people !!! They are not skilled enough or knowledgeable enough to do the work. The Mac store was actually cheaper too! All in all, the company is a sham and when I told them about the misdiagnosis they said that Mac store was wrong and they would find out. Well Mac was right and these clowns were wrong. Poor poor poor customer service when asked if they thought what they did for me was right. They said, to paraphrase, yes we do.

Friendly Computers is a no hassle company. I told them what I wanted and I had a computer in less than a week, installed. It just took a phone call. They know their business and their NOT GEEKS! I recommend giving Friendly Computers a try.
