Leo was very thorough when inspecting the vents in my house. He explained and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He showed me how dirty the filter was and he replaced the UV cell on my air scrubber after letting me know it needed replacing. He also offered to order more filters for me and will be delivering them to my residence.

The technicians Leo & Hugo came to take care of my AC unit solving my problem like the professionals they are.

Today I called Greenstar to address what I thought was a MAJOR plumbing concern. The plumbing technician Dannon they sent was knowledgeable and assured me that the problem could be handle. He proceeded to handle the problem expertly, quickly and cleanly. DEFINITELY recommend their services

I have never been more disgusted with the behavior of any company before my mother did business with Greenstar Home Services. My mother is elderly and recently widowed. She found Greenstar Home Services online and called them out to retrieve an earring that had been dropped in her bathroom sink. There was no stopper in this sink or the second bathroom sink. Greenstar Home Services came out and then completely took advantage of her. They told her she needed to replace both sinks completely, replaced both faucets. Then she told them that the stopper does not work in her bathtub, and instead of just fixing that, they told her she needed a whole new shower valve, which was not even related to the problem. They charged her $2,000 to replace the shower valve, and I am pretty sure they only replaced the trim itself. ($30 at Home Depot). Funny thing, the valve worked before they worked on it and now it does not. All because they need a new stopper installed. The stopper parts range from $8-20 depending if they needed just the stopper or the whole assembly. All told, they charged $5,200 for work that never needed to be completed. And on top of all that, they charged her $119 for their discount membership club (annual membership club) to give her such great discount pricing. They also charged her $102 to remove the earring from the P-Trap that they had to remove to install the new sinks anyways. I have already gotten a quote from another reputable plumber in her area for under $1,000 for all the work that was done, even though none of it was necessary in the first place. The initial technician that came out and started the whole scam was Ronny, his supervisor Robert later joined him and they also brought in Danny and Mike to hang around and make it look like a significant amount of work needed to be done. The total scope of work could have easily been handled by one competent plumber in less than a day’s work.

Great service started when I called Greenstar for my AC problem. I called the office and spoke to Britney who gathered all my info and scheduled my appointment. She called me back promptly after 5pm to let me know a service tech will be out between 8-11am the next day. Britney contacted me again to let me know the service tech name Johnny and Johnny will be out between 9-10am She called me again to let me know Johnny was on his way.
Johnny was our service tech and he was courteous and very cleaned dressed. He asked my some questions and identified the problem quickly. He made the repairs to our AC unit and we were back up and running. The repair cost was very reasonable and I was given a $50 dollar coupon for the service.
What I really appreciated was Johnny fixed what was wrong, he was very professional, prepared and gave me advice on what to look for if we start having issues again. I would highly recommend Greenstar Service and will use them in the future.

Greenstar was spot on the mark with both timeliness and cleanliness. Matt, the head install and service guy gave us service different options and also ask us plenty of questions to find out what we wanted. Also stop by a few days after to make adjustments. Overall best heating and conditioning experience I’ve had in my 50 years of home ownership.

Installers were on time, friendly and very professional. My equipment looked great and the installer took the time to explain how everything worked.

They did a great job and finished the dust change out faster than I thought and everything was cleaner when they left.

Edward is the most knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful technician I have ever met.
