Provided by YP.comOut of sight fees. Also, 75% of the time, our mediator engaged in small talk, unrelated to the case, running up the bill. We mistakenly let our attorney set this up instead of taking control and choosing our own ADR firm. JAMS, I'm told is the highest price firm out there. Pure greed! Just another attorney based revenue circle.
