We originally had our pest inspection for a spot in the living room. Kilter Termite & Pest Control was fast to respond and provided excellent service.

He came - assessed - gave an estimate - and treated the problem. Very professional and highly efficient.

These guys are pure professionals. It is very obvious that they take pride in knowing their craft - as a customer of their service, this is a very comforting thing.

As far as I am concerned, their service is good. I went to their website to apply online around 3 on a Sunday afternoon. Monday the next day, I received a phone call from them past 8 in the morning informing me about the termite inspection they would provide to us on that day as well as providing me all the necessary details about their service. As they have promised, someone from their company came at our home around 10, provided an inspection and scheduled to come back the next day to bust some termites!



I am really pleased with their service, plans and charges. Unfortunately, other companies are not as good as them. Before them, I called a different pest control company that only wanted to charge a huge amount of money. Good thing I went with Kilter Termite.

I was reading La Opinion magazine and saw Kilter Termite's advertisement. It was the only advertisement in english so it stuck out considering it's a spanish speaker based magazine. They were offering a termite inspection for free if you lived in orange county, ca. I called and spoke with a representative that answered my questions thoughtfully and wonderfully, In most small businesses the people who takes the appointments also handle the customer service so its important that they are friendly ALL THE TIME. If you don't like them right away you wont like them dealing with them later. I recommend this company as they do good work and DO NOT SUBCONTRACT TO 1099 EMPLOYEES.

The annual policy we have with Kilter has come in handy many times over the years. One year my neighbors fence swarmed crazy red headed termites and thankfully my service representative was able to stop by that day. I really appreciated Chris P. and his level of commitment to my property. I like seeing him every year and when I call him He comes usually the same day so I avoid the office. I tell my friends and family all the time how much I love my pest control in orange.

The termite inspector was on time. We made the appointment because we were seeing flying termites. The service went as expected and we haven't seen any more flying termites since. I would like to say that the annual inspection went faster than I would've liked. We did not have termites like the first inspection though. Thanks.

Spiders are a major issue in my condo and these guy not only kill them but prevent them from coming back. They used this feather duster thing to knock down the webs so the little bastards have to rebuild even if they make it through the poison. The barrier only lasts a few months but I have an annual service so they come like 4-6 times a year, I forget.

Termite Control companies are hard to find but Kilter Termite and Pest Control's phone call made it easy. I litterally had just been inspected from Terminix when they called my mom's house to schedule her annual service. My mom used them and I will probably use them.

Kilter termite control has the best service! I call the 24 hr direct line and always get through. I would use the number on their website and not this number.
