I have been using Maidpro for quite some time now, but the poor girls are always in such a rush because they're given so many houses to do per day. I overlooked a lot because I really liked the girls who came.



But today I just couldn't overlook it any more. Toilets were not cleaned. They dusted the kitchen counters but never actually cleaned them. Never vacuumed. Bathroom counters were left sticky with hair spray. Dusted around things on top of dresser, but never actually picked anything up and dusted underneath it.. Etc., etc.



The owner Vaughn promised to get someone over to my house today to reclean but never did. Vaughn will tell you what he thinks you want to hear, but never really does anything. Charges $30 per hour per girl, but according to the cleaning girls he only pays them $10 per hour and they're scared of being late for the next house they're supposed to clean. So they use as many shortcuts as they can get away with instead of actually cleaning your house.



If you have stainless steel in your kitchen, they don't actually clean it - they just spray some baby oil on it to make it shiny. If you are currently using Maidpro, you are spending a lot of money for very little. If you are thinking about using Maidpro, save yourself a lot of aggravation and look elsewhere.
