I always feel welcome. Dr. Massih and Velvet are always very pleasant! I feel like family when I'm here.

Everyone is so nice. My little dog is so terrified going to the vet but I feel confident that he is in very good, caring hands. Wonderful people, lovely office.

I have had cats for decades and this hospital is the best I have seen. Dr. Horn is very patient and detailed. The front desk personnel are always pleasant. I love their gorgeous salt water fish tank and their house cats.....although I do not approve of the deaf white cat taking visits outside.

As always, my dog's prescription was ready as promised. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Love how quick and to the point everything is. See you next visit.

Doctor did a great job explaining everything and providing options. All the staff was sweet and professional. I also like that the groomer reached out to me to ask about Smurf and her behaviors and making sure how I wanted Smurf's coat to be cut.

Everyone was very nice, patient and kind to Bailey who was very unsure as this was his first visit here. Dr. Horn was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I liked the fact that a detailed printout is sent home with all the details of prognosis, treatment and medications. We look forward to seeing you in the future with Bailey and Fancy! :)

I called at 4:30 about my pup and, although it was the end of a crazy busy day, they told us to come in "just to make sure she is okay." The wait time was short, the exam was thorough, and everyone was amazingly kind and helpful. I am SO thankful I was referred to this vet. We could not be happier.

I wouldn't think of going to another veterinary clinic! You're gentile & caring with my cat. We both love you!

My physical disability makes it necessary for a staff member to come out to my car and take Cleo into the office (and after the visit take her out to my car). Everyone performs this chore very kindly and, actually, seems to enjoy the little extra time with Cleo. I appreciate the assistance and the fact that everyone does the chore so pleasantly. The doctors and staff are caring and friendly, and the facility is very clean. My cat receives the best care here, so I would not take him to any other place.

Loved it! Brought my puppy for the first time and was highly impressed with the professionalism and care they have for all the pets that came in while I was there. I will definately be a long-time customer here.
