There were two sales people in the store, one was busy with a customer, the other who ended up "having" to assist me was not very helpful & seemed unhappy that I had visited the store.



I was there to purchase a violin for my son's music class & the sales person acted as if I would not be able to afford anything in the store. He stated my son was "very small" and would need the "smallest" size available, followed by, "These run about $120.00, do you think you could afford something like that?"

My son is of average size (in my opinion) & only in the 7th grade, what did he expect? A football player?

I could have left & went elsewhere but due to other circumstances it would have been more of an inconvenience for me.



All in all, would not recommened anyone spending their hard earned money at a business who employes people who have no customer service skills what so ever.
