My wife and i had a baby shower and we decided to get personalized cupcakes for everyone when we picked up the cupcake's they where in the wrong box which we paid extra for the paper box and not the plastic box when we called to inform the owner with the problem we were told that they would refund us the money for the box's she had just ran out and didnt have any more so then after we were told that she call's back and say's i think we sould split the cost of the box's that we didnt' get and paid for in advance because she didnt think she sould have to pay the full price for just running out of the box's while we were on the phone with her the entire time she was rude and unconcerned about customer service or giving us what we paid for because she didnt think it was her fault that she ran out of boxes i was floored by the way she was treating us after she messed up and didnt order enough boxes needless to say they will never get anymore of my money just because of her attitude.
