My girlfriend, her friend and I visited this Applebees for dinner and we're really disappointed. I didn't have massive expectations as it is Applebees but, i didn't expect this. Our waitress janis took 20 minutes just to ask us what we wanted to drink then proceeded to offer us alcoholic beverages. Keep in mind we are all under the age of 21. She continued to try to push the alcohol specials on us which was fine whatever make your sale. Then it took another 25 minutes for her to take our order. The wait for the food was longer than it should have been for what seemed like microwaved food. While waiting for our food I began noticing that the interior of the restaurant was badly in need of remodeling. The booths were worn down and sank in, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall with scotch tape on it from previous attempted repairs. We finished out drinks and waited patiently not paying much attention to it until we realized it had been forever since we'd seen our waitress and the ice in the cups had melted down to a puddle of water. Well when I finally spotted her she was clearly in no hurry to help customers as she was having a drink at the bar talking to the bartender. The food wasn't much better than Tyson microwaveable chicken and the side tasted like they had been warmed up. I guess you get what you pay for. Sorry for the long review.

waited 5 minutes to be seated

(no one was waiting it was only us)

We waited 10minutes for our menus

10 minutes just to get our drinks

and then 20 minutes for our food

not too mention how long it took for our check!



food wasn't good either

Do not go to this Applebee's, the service is terrible, food is way below par, the management don't care. A recipe for a bad experience, there are a lot of good restaurants in the area use them. Hey CRC wake up.

Good curbside to go service as well. Prompt. Food hot and just like eating in the restaurant but at home!
