I don't go anywhere else. Have always treated me fairly and promptly. Been going there for years and won't go anywhere else. I trust them implicitly.

I had new tires put on my car at big t, everything looked fine, until I checked it out when I got home & found out the lug nuts were just hand tightened.! I'm glad it didn't cause my tire to fall off or any studs to break. I would never have them do anything with my tires again.!

I just want to say i took my truck to Bob and Jim at Big T tire and had front brake rotors and pads replaced,



The truck was ready when promised.

Both Bob and Jim were very customer service friendly,

Best part is I called a few other shops before deciding on Big T tire and Bob beat everyone's price by almost 50%

The business has been there for 31 years so it must be doing something correctly.

If Bob and JIm see this thank you and my truck stops so nicely now no chattering.

Usually I get Fair and Honest service here, But.. this last time, I took my new car in To have a Slight Exhaust Modification, and They did a HORRIBLE job hanging the tips, They are terribly CROOKED, and VERY noticeable, I have had people come up to me and Compliment the car, Then Why did i do the exhaust tips like that. And I tell them BIG T TIRE and MUFFLER in ORANGE CITY did it, and Said.. That was The best they could do. I bought up the Mis-Allignment up with one of the Managers When They brought me out to look at it, "The Manager agreed with me,"

BUT... the Tech. Said that was the best he could do, and Walked off. and that was the end of that, NOW.. I'm stuck with a Good sounding, Terribly Alligned Exhaust System. I suggest You Look Else Where...For professional service.

I always bring my vehicle to Big T for tires and they have always been prompt in getting prices and installation. They always stand by their guarantee and even fixed a flat on my truck for free, even though I didn't buy the tires there. Probably 'cause I'm a long time customer. ;)

had truck for brake job took forever to replace master cylinder once they did they couldn't get the brake light to go out so they just kept the sensor unplugged. it ended up being the new resavoir was defected also. i'm glad i checked under the hood 2 days later beware check there work

charged me 250.00 to change spark plugs
