My french manicure became cloudy and chipping within 24 hours. Not a good manicure to begin with. I paid $155 for my mother and I and will never go back.

I have been a customer with Tran for 16 years. She is the owner and best lead tech you can ever find. Her attention to the welfare of her clients and excellent customer service keeps me coming back. I love this place and highly recommend that you visit and bring your friends.

I have never been so disrespected from a person before!! i had a few questions since it was a new nail tech for me with a new set and I wanted a specific shape. I have gone to a few techs before who didn't understand what I wanted (I think I explain it poorly and I don't use the technical terms) so I brought her pictures. The women told me she refuses to do my nails ever again bc she is a PROFESSIONAL and I ask too many questions. I'm sorry, as a paying customer I have the right to ask questions about things I'm paying for. I told her I was offended by her statement and that was very rude. She shrugged her shoulders and told me too bad she won't do my nails ever again. I told her to ring me up I'll paint my own nails at home and that she just lost a customer. She said that's fine she didn't want me back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? All I asked was if this was the final shape?!?!? I will NEVER go here again!!!!

Cindy and her staff always make me feel special. They work me in even when I don't call and make appointments and do a good job. I enjoy my trips and intend to continue going back.

I recommend Cindy and her staff very polite and courteous. Cindy always goes above and beyond she truly loves what she does!

I love Cindy Nails & Spa! Tran is the best! I moved here 2 years ago and have very difficult nails to work with. When Tran does my nails they look fabulous and stay that way for 3-4 weeks. She is always accommodating and kind. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Cindy's for over two years and could not be happier with the service. The salon is very clean and all the tech are very friendly. The prices are also good. It is by the far the BEST salon I have been to. Cindy always helps me with my color selection when I ask...GREAT BUSINESS!!!

I have gone there for the past several months seeing the same person, who has done a decent job...however, she was busy the last time that I went and I was convinced to use someone else...he did NOT give me what I requested AND I paid for a brand new set instead of the usual fill...in the past 3 weeks I have lost 3 nails and am close to losing another two...when I called to complain, the owner was EXTREMELY rude and refused to accept any kind of responsibility for her techs...when I stated that I would NOT be coming back she said "that's fine"...in a town this small who can be so careless with their customers!!!

Do not waste your time or money. They are overpriced and the owner is verbally abusive and harrassing.
