Provided by YPmobileTried calling the service center 4 times to schedule an appointment and they will not even answer the phone. It just goes to the operator who then transfers me back to the same no customer service people who don't answer the phone. Then I asked to be transferred to a person, so I was transferred to a service supervisor, who just passed me off to the parts department, and the parts department, after they confirmed they had the part, transferred me to a different person in the service department to set up an appointment. You guessed it...they also did not answer the phone, so I left a message. A return call was never made. The service department really sucks. The service manager and all of the team leaders should be fired since they don't want to do their jobs.

Provided by YP.comMy parents purchased a Ford Escape around 2011 or 2012 & had a lift put on the back end. My father passed away in 2013 & later that year my mother finally had the lift removed at your dealership. One of your service people who has since moved on to some other dealership in New Smyrna said he would be happy to bring it to my Mom's house because he said he lived near to where my Mom lives. That never happened.So now he's gone & so is my Mom's lift it seems!! That sucks that your employee took advantage of my Mom when she was grieving the loss of my Dad. Until you do everything in your power & get my Mom's lift back to her.... I will make sure I will do everything in my power to bad mouth your business!! By the way... this same posting will be shared on as many social media places as I can possibly place that you have no control. Do the right thing & give my Mom her lift back to her.

Provided by YP.comWent there for a tire rotation (No rebalance) and windshield wiper blade replacement. $29.95 for the rotation and $27.96 for the wiper blades.......I have no problem with the pricing. What I had a real problem with was the add on $5.80 for "Shop Charges".
Nest time I go to a dealer for maintenance, I will get a complete break down of the pricing. $5.80 for shop charges is just nonsense.
They did the work fine but for heaven's sake how many shop supplies are needed to do these 2 services......NONE!!

Provided by YP.comI bought my previous vehicle from CarMax and had a great experience. So I searched online thru a bunch of dealers' used inventories and found a few vehicles I was interested in at Coggin DeLand Ford. Although I had my own financing, I wasn't sure if I could make the numbers work to fit within the parameters I had to work with.
Scott was my Salesperson, Adrian was the Sales Manager, and Austin was the Finance guy. Between the 3 of them, I was blown away with their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond in helping to make sure my family ended up with the vehicle we wanted in the price we were looking for. They worked to make sure they purchase price was where we needed it to be and even found financing the next day that was 4% lower than what I was able to get!
In the end, I was able to get more car for the same amount of money I was able to spend.
While I did experience a few minor issues, I'd give the following advice to anyone dealing with any car dealer:
• Don't go close to closing time - there's no one to clean the car or fill it up with gas (there was some sand from where we switched during the test drive and I drove it off the lot with 1/4 tank of gas)
• If it's a Ford with the keypad entry, get the code BEFORE you leave (the car didn't have the factory code in the owner's manual so now I may have to pay if I take it to another Ford dealer to read it off the computer since I don't live near this dealer)
Overall, the service was awesome, they made me feel like they cared about me as a human being (not just trying to sell me a car and get me out the door), and they over-delivered even when they didn't have to.
