After calling around all the other local computer repair shops I could not get anyone to talk to me about what my problem with my laptop could be. I called these guys and I talked to Mark who stayed on the phone with me for a half hour trying to walk me thru various things to fix my issue over the phone for free. I had spent 2 days getting my powerpoint presentation done then all of a sudden it would no loger open! I finally gave up and took it in to them. What a great place new building and it is so easy to get in and out of. Anyway they were able to repair my infected laptop and ONLY CHARGED ME $29.95!!! WOW I asked them if it was a special or something and they said no that’s all they charge for virus removal. Mark told me the labor rate for in-house repair like if I needed my hard drive replaced is only $50.00 per hour. WOW I was shocked and I'm glad I found them. Very knowledgeable and fast repair time. I will not bring my computer anywhere else to be repaired! Thanks Mark and the next time I have a computer issue I will call you first.
