After spending hours and hours in hospitals with my son Michael after his accident, I noticed that nurses, doctors, and everyone was always eating on the run. Nothing they were eating was healthy or homemade. Being in the food industry all my life, I decided to open a little sandwich shop to help the people that help people, have access to some good "homemade" food! Matter of fact, I wrote this menu while sitting in the ICU with Michael.
