We made an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate to replace one of our blinds and repair the rest. Robert, the owner, came out and gave us a quote, which we felt was reasonable. He asked for half the money up front. We gave it to him, which isn't something we would normally do, but we felt comfortable doing so in this instance. He repaired all our blinds on the spot except the one for the screen door which needed to be replaced. He told us he was very busy and probably wouldn't be able to come out for another few weeks. Two weeks later he called and said he was in the area and had our blind with him and some extra time. He removed the old one, installed the new one, and hauled the old blind away. The new one (which he said he built custom for our doors) works much better and smoother than the old one did when it was new! He was very professional, fast, and reasonably priced. I will recommend him to everyone who needs blinds and shutters.
