I have two units in my primary residence and several rental homes that Heart maintains. I had previously tried the other large A/C companies in the area and found that each and every time they serviced a unit for me, there was an issue (capacitor, coils, mold, etc.). So one day when I received a call for all of those conditions on a rental unit, I decided to contact Heart.
They showed up promptly and found none of the issues that the other company had identified. It turned out that the other service technicians are encouraged ($$$) to find things that needed repaired and replaced. I have been with Heart for several years and haven't had a single problem.

I was shocked to see a review less than 5 stars because I have used Heart Heating and Air for the past 5 years with 100% excellent experiences. I purchased my AC from them, they installed it, and have maintained it. I have always greatly appreciated the respectful professional demeanor of the technicians, how promptly they respond whenever I have a question or concern, and how considerate and fair they are with the cost of their service. I would very highly recommend this business. When I bought my home and had the AC installed I was in my early 30s and living alone. I was nervous about working with different service providers in my home. Heart Heating and Air is the one provider I have stuck with since the beginning because they never talk down to me, educate me about how I can save $ and maintain things myself, and always provide a stellar service resolving any issues. I feel safe and confident the job will get done very well. It is so nice to work with such an ethical, dedicated business.

Terrible experience with unprofessional technician. Had to put with this his combative/rude attitude for hours. He ended up leaving without saying a word and we had to clean the house after him. Even found our AC filter that we recently purchased crumpled in the corner.

Best AC people in central Florida on time reasonable price quality service and techs that take the time to answer all questions and fix it right . Thanks to Kevin who pulled contract checking against warranty dare of manufacture saving 500.00 dollars for repair on my unit. This business is owned and operated by two very honest men. It is so important to me, being a single senior citizen female on a fixed income, to have someone honest. Someone who doesn't try to pull the wool over your eyes by trying to sell you more services or products. They did exactly what I wanted and didn't behave like a used car salesman. Great workmanship, honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this company. You deserve the best.Thank you, guys.
