i was their and joe the mgr waited on me and my mother that we did get a frezzer and a dryer. the dryer was not n a box and my frezzer was on the only one on the floor so i had asked hime is their is a dicount so he gave me 9.00 off mine but alll in all my truck that he had damaged as he pushed all to gether and my tail gate would not open that i had to get repaired that cost me over 600.00 in damages and when i did call the store that he was on the other line and i was reasurred that in 15 mins that he was gonna call me so i waited no call at all i had to call another store to get corporates number and i was told that this do happen and they do have insurace to cover for any damages that was caused

I just finished a DIY kitchen reno and when it was time to order new kitchen appliances, I shopped for deals from Daytona to Altamonte. John's Appliance matches sale prices elsewhere -- and Denise and Barbara scrambled to get my appliances in a couple of days instead of weeks. I love this place!

I bought a front loading washer and drier a year ago. The sales person was real nice. He told me about the differences in the machines and the prices. I went home and thought about which one I wanted. I called him back with my decision and we closed the deal. They were delivered and I'm happy with my choice and will go back again.



I had a problem hooking up the wires last night after moving the set to my daughters. I called John's, explained the problem and he explained how to do it very clearly. I am very pleased w/my choice of stores.
