If I could give ZERO stars I would. I can't express how unprofessional this facility is. I didn't even get to go in as they cancelled my procedure because I questioned the amount that I was being charged. The amount was different than what my insurance company told me and I was given 4 different figures over a two-day period.



First I spoke with Kitty who when I questioned an amount immediately transferred me to the administrator, Angie Strum. Angie told me I had to have the Insurance Company contact her and when I continued to question that, she told me that they wouldn't see me at that facility.



My doctor's office called me almost immediately after and told me that because I had cursed at the staff and was abusive - all of which is fabricated to serve their personal agenda - I would have to use another facility.



So I am permanently blacklisted from a facility that I never stepped foot in because I dared to question their billing practice.



Stay away from this facility at all costs.

Great experience once you get past the front desk, (Questions began with who are you, please give me your ID, Insurance card and credit card) nothing more, once surgical nurse showed me in it was great each person involved introduced themselves and surgery went well, great wake up and release, class operation, other than front desk receptionist.
