Provided by YP.comToday is sept 27th....i was taken out by my family for my birthday, our original plans were canceled and we needed a place to eat. Since i saw your commercials which looked promising we ventered in....to our dismay
We were seated immediatly which convaays that you were not busy so service and the quality of food should have been a t an ultimate high....first mistake
We ordered several beers which came to the table warm...which could have been resolved if the glasses were iced before hand, once again no such luck. We ordered the sampler, the best part of that was the spinach dip...the rest of the food on the plate was cold and the chicken was over cooked, and the celery still contained dirt....Before i vent ure future in this dismall affair of food i should mention that I own a resterant, and for once didnt want to havve to cook my own meal, that is why i can give you this open intellect on the food.
My mother choice a simple salad she saw being served at a table nearby...the Oriental Salad, which to her dismay came to the table looking nothing like the previose owners had in fact it looked like that persons left over....the Salad that she saw was a presentation...chicken sliced neatly opn a bed of romaine lettuce and noodle very appetizing, her plate showed up as if my two year old desided to try his hand at cutting with a knife.
Mistakes happen granted i do understand this, like i said i am in the buisness, two mistakes can be over looked ebven by the most srutinest of customers, yet they continued. My father ordered the Fajita Plate, does this not usually come to the tsble sizzling the pan inself to hot to touch so why was it that he was able to place his hand on the dish it seemed as if it came out of the fregirator. The peppers on this dish were not fully cooked, no seasonaing was place on any of the iteas, unless of course to count the curry in the rice which was extreme. A pico di galo sauce which is suppose to be a s[icy dish was diced tomatos, and the avocado was black.my son's food was even cold and i understand if the consept of a childrens meal is to not make it too hot but when you can bite into a fry and feel the coolness it is unexceptable.
As for my own dinner the Burbon Street Steak was not cooked as ordered which is a comman occarence and can be rectefied if placed back on the grill yet to me it does not tast the same afterwards. The two sides ordered were garlic mashed and a salad i did not see the salad til my mother stood up tap another waiter on the shoulder and told her of the situation.. the water we had order before dinner was served came promptly with the salad.
Needless to say there was no after dinner drinks coffee or desserts even contimplated. i would have more then happly had asked to speak with a manager, but my son started screaming and my family felt uncomfortable with all the looks we were getting.
