TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

There are some nice people who work here, but the lady I talked to on the phone was terribly rude and acted like she was annoyed that I was calling the store. I wanted to know if they had a certain dress so I could try it on, but she ignored that question and kept insisting I order it from them now. When I explained that I just want to try it on to see if I liked it, she become very hostile and snapped at me. I am now going to order the dress from someone else, even though Cooper's has it for $10 cheaper. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

Obviously, this customer didn't encounter Mrs. Coopers b*#%@ on heels daughter. She is rude and demeaning. I will never go back.
