I still have banking and credit cards with Bank of America, but they left our town of Orange, even taking the ATM, so we have no choice but to drive to Gardner-25 miles away, or Greenfield-almost 25 miles away to do banking. Very unkind.
The personnel at the actual banks have always been professional and I really like having the three museums in all of Massachusetts, that they provide free entry to on the first full weekend of every month, just wish the could see their way to actual western Massachusetts which is where I live. Fitchburg is the furthest west they could plan for anyone to want to attend a museum, Fitchburg is a lovely but VERY small museum, once a year is about all it takes to visit the entire place in one morning.
