If I'm desperate and can't make it to Athol, I'll go there. Customer service stinks. Sketchy.

einsteins you just figure that out. i live in orange and know they suck monkey but. they are rude and not helpful. peace brothers

After reading the other review, I felt I had to write something. I sent a package of my mom's silverware from that place and when my sister got it, the box was opened and tampered with. Some of the silverware was missing. I don't know where or how it happened, but I shipped it from that place. When I need to ship, I just send stuff out of Gardner where I work.

Warning, the guy at the counter opens your packages up. He told me he did it with mine. Another lady told me he did the same thing to her. You will notice that no one ever goes there. My advice, if you value your privacy, is to go somewhere else.
