Ok so i have ordered here 4 times already cus the food the 1st time was so good and priced well i said id give it a chance. Problem is and im sorry to say when they have the very young girl answering the phone and taking orders its a big mistake. Shes too young to be taking orders for a food business and dealing with customers. Why i say ONE because EACH order I placed over the phone with her something was wrong on each order and I repeated myself I am well spoking and I have been in the customer-service business for over 17 years I know how to speak and I know exactly what I like and how to order over the phone...I specifically gave her requests and what I wanted for the items I ordered and she did not write it down correctly after I repeated myself. SECOND.when i said pls add salt and pepper to the fries she says ro me what kind of pepper? She had me stuck for a minute like really? I said the kind in rhe shaker next to the salt? I was at a loss? THIRD i asked on one other order about mustard and said i prefer guldens mustard over frenches you know theres a brown one more spicier and there is a yellow one called frenches....she said she never hears of either. SO MY POINT PERIOD you have to have people on the phone who have been around who know about food and R mature and know how to talk to people and who know what table pepper is....im.sorry.
