I called numerous companies that claimed they serviced Jacksonville Beach but no one would returnmy call. When I called A/C Tech Services on a Sunday during the horrible 10-13 day cold freeze in January, I actually talked to a person not a machine!!!! The technician told me he would come out and he did. He took care of my problem and even followed up later to make sure all was well. I found a dedicated company that went beyond the call of duty!!! Thank you "The Georges"

I totally disagree with this review. A/C Tech Services provided excellent service on the repair of my heat pump. I will continue to strongly recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Sincerely, RCH

This company does not call you back when they say they will (twice). And when I called them back (because they didn't call) to get the status of the repair part the tech told me two different stories.



At first he said he was "just a tech" and couldn't tell me what the office had done about ordering the part. Then when I told him I would just call the office, since he couldn't help me, he said "I'm the owner and I don't want your business".



WHAT...he doesn't want my business? And I didn't even cuss or raise my voice. I don't know if he is the owner or not? But if he is it makes matters worse, because if so, he should have been able to tell me if the part had been ordered. However, he couldn't even tell me if they had called about the part.



My guess is they dropped the ball, which is ok...it happens. But then he wasn't willing to accept responsibility and make it good.



If he can't do business with an easy going guy like me, I have to wonder how he gets any repeat customers.



He may not want my business, but I bet he won't have a problem with keeping my $96 for the "no-service" I received. Just like he didn't have a problem leaving me and my family of four with no air conditioning. I will post again if they do return my money, but I'm not counting on it.
