Software is lacking. We've had nothing but problems from their software. After assuring us it would batch email invoices, we discovered that ability is still in the works, and not fuctionable. The software is limited in its ability to operate on an accrual basis. It treats any discount plan on a cash basis only, regardless of when the charge is to occur. The software even sorted on report in alphabetical order by first name (who in the world would want that??). All reports cost extra (a thousand dollars) and you cannot tweak any report; you must put in a report change request form and pay them again. They never even mentioned that their reports cost money when we evaluated their software. Buyer beware!
