I paying my rent on time but when my lease end they doesn't like to give me back my safety deposit---- so greedy especially Joyce Freemam.

Terrible Rental Company. I rented from them for three years and paid every month on time. The owners of the house did an inspection and were very happy with the way the house was kept. We decided not to renew our lease this year, they got angry about it, and decided to keep our deposit. I followed every instruction on the rental agreement, and they still kept it out of spite. Now I have to take them to court. Don't bother with these people. Very, very unprofessional.

They took advantage of a small family and kept their deposit money even though the apt was in excellent condition. They knew the tenants were planning on moving when the lease was up per verbal conversation but never said anything until the keys were turned in. Never mentioned it had to be in writing on 2 different occasions. DONT rent from this company unless you want to lose your money. I would call them totally underhanded!
