We've dined at Orange Buffet several times since it's opening and we understand the reasoning for the price increases (twice in less than a year) but to raise the prices and offer less selection and poorer quality food is a recipe for disaster.

Tonight (a Saturday night) was the first time that the food has tasted so bad. The sushi rolls were not as good as they used to be and the tuna rolls and tuna nigiri had a strange 'chemical' like taste to it. They used to offer squid, shrimp, and octopus nigiri and several others but no longer do this. Very basic sushi.

The Hibachi grill was one of the main reasons I liked this place but tonight, after receiving my order, it was drenched in oil and unedible and again the hibachi selection was cut way back, too.

The crab legs are horrendous. Never have liked them there. They have a bad smell and are soaking in murky water for a very long time. Disgusting.

Needless to say, we won't be returning.

horrible customer service, arrived at 3:50 pm server came screaming and yelling saying that i took an item from dinner time, was no sign visible indicating that. server asked for tip , i already paid including the tip at the cashier. shame on them. no returning never ever.
