Went into the Sephora boutique to exchange some Fenty beauty items due to the app saying that the color 330 was available. However when I arrive that was not the case. I then stated that I had a return. Karen the "manager" black haired with a masculine cut I guess was having a bad day. She told me that they don't accept online returns but as a courtesy she would do it. 👌 she asked for my ID and receipts and attempted to do a no receipt return. I asked why was that she gave me a BS reason. I advised that OP Mall Sephora had never given me issues about that. She called and asked and I also asked them about the return policy. I was right. She then ask about the top on the Fenty bottle. Although boxed I said I must have lost it. She then was not able to do the return. I said I haven't had a box before and was still able to return at OP Mall. I'm still calm but questioning her actions. She then calls security which were very confrontational. The security man/lady or lady/man became very loud. Then so does Karen. I'M honestly like wow all this because you wanted to keep your numbers up..lol..I also spoke to Sean the JC Penny "store manager". He was nice but I felt in my heart that he was just gonna let this go but guess who is not?
