St. Johns River State College, founded in 1958, offers a variety of degree and certificate programs. The services offered by the college include career counseling, financial aid, scholarship programs, and academic planning, assistance and support. The sports activities provided by the college include baseball, softball, and volleyball.  It also has a library that provides an online catalog of study materials. St. Johns River State College is approved by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
