An appointment was scheduled for a certain day to drop off vehicle first thing in the morning before the shop opened just for a diagnostic test to be ran. Ten hours later still no answer, constantly had to call for a status, Even though I already had taken the vehicle elsewhere and got a dianostic ran to what the problem was I understand that they have to run their own, but 10 hours later and they still cannot determine. Their only concern was what the warranty policy showed, even though as a policy holder confirmed that the warranty company would cover the parts that was known to be the problem & it was advised that all that was needed to be done is call the warranty customer service to give the information of what was found and then schedule for the work to be done. The person that answers their phone was very rude and defensive. Very Poor Customer Service.
