An evangelical congregation that is a part of the Southern Baptist Convention and traces its heritage back to the Protestant Reformation, Oak Chapel Baptist Church exists to share this good news: that salvation is by grace through faith in Christ. We worship God (who has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) on Sundays at 11 am. We offer Sunday School classes for children, youth, and adults at 10 am. Student Discipleship includes supper for children and youth on Wednesdays at 6 pm. Inductive Bible Study is offered on Wednesdays at 7 pm.

Friendly people seeking to honor the Lord Jesus by obeying His written Word

My family & I were welcomed and made to feel at home from our first visit. I have found a friendly, compassionate congregation full of nice folks with a hunger to hear God's Word preached and taught, so they can apply it to their lives and be changed to better conform themselves as ambassadors of the Lord Jesus. The members of Oak Chapel are generous and fun-loving people, working to make a difference in their region of Virginia.

Wonderful church to take your family to learn about the Lord's word. Sunday School Classes Sunday at 10am for all ages. Sunday Worship Service at 11am. Wednesday night Bible Study. Second Sunday Fellowship Luncheon after Church.
