I am sorry that your experience with Pro Collision Center was not on a positive note. We do take pride in our work and customer satisfaction is what has built Pro Collision Center to what it is today. At times, when a vehicle is in the shop for collision repairs, there are "wear & tear" items that the insurance company decides may not be part of the accident. We are always glad to repair anything that an insurance company authorizes, but unfortunately in this case, the items in question they did not feel were from the accident. Please know that we value you as a customer and believe if you decide to use Pro Collision Center in the future, we will give our best to make your experience a positve one!

I can't say anything bad.. This morning I hit a deer on Rt. 15. by the grace of God, Dave and Roger were on their way to work and saw me in a turn lane. Immediately, they came to my rescue. Within 20 minutes, my car was on the rollback and I was headed back to town. I would recommend Pro Collision Center to anyone. Thanks a million!!! God bless!

Did good by me. I have USAA, so maybe that helps, but I thought the price was fair and the work was great. Satisfied.
